By accessing our website, visiting our Hatchery, or making a purchase through any sales channel (including online, by phone, in person, or at a Flock Swap), you are engaging in our services and expressly agreeing to be bound by all policies, disclaimers, guarantees, contracts, and Terms & Conditions set forth herein, as well as any additional terms incorporated by reference or made available via hyperlink. These terms apply to all users and customers without limitation. The Littles Oasis Hatchery guarantees that all poultry are healthy and properly cared for at the time of sale. Responsibility transfers to the customer upon completion of purchase and/or transfer of possession. Customers are solely responsible for proper preparation, husbandry, biosecurity, ongoing care, and compliance with all local zoning ordinances, regulations, and restrictions before purchase. All customers purchasing live poultry are required to review and adhere to our posted care guidelines. By completing a purchase from The Littles Oasis Hatchery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Policies, Terms & Conditions. Your confirmation — whether by selecting an agreement checkbox online, providing verbal authorization by phone, or completing payment in person — constitutes your electronic signature and legally binding acceptance of all stated terms, policies, disclaimers, and guarantees.

WEBSITE PRICING
While we have taken every precaution and aspire to ensure pricing and information is accurately represented, we cannot guarantee our website will be free of pricing, description information or typographical errors. Prices are subject to change and may change without notice.
PLACING AN ORDER
Orders can be placed directly on our website. The inventory on the website is updated in real-time. We do allow for special orders to be placed for some of our products, like our string art products. Our inventory is immediately reconciled as orders are placed and filled. Shipping and taxes are determined at checkout. We do not ship live chicks, ducks, quail, eggs, etc. Should you be interested in placing a custom order for live chicks, ducks, quail, or hatching eggs, you must complete the appropriate Custom Hatching | Incubation Contract.
Payment is due in full upon order checkout. The Littles Oasis Hatchery accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and a few additional options, which are all available upon checkout.
DAY-OLD POULTRY
Live poultry orders will be available for pick up at our headquarters (2027 Country Trails Drive, Clayton, NC 27520) during the first 48 hours after hatch. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you do not pick up your order within the 48-hour period, you forfeit the amount paid for the live poultry due to their perishable nature. Pickup orders must be placed and paid for in advance. We are not able to accept payment at the time of pickup.
HATCHING EGG PICKUP
Hatching Egg oorders will be available for pick up at our headquarters (2027 Country Trails Drive, Clayton, NC 27520) during the first 48 hours after hatch. NO EXCEPTIONS! STARTER PULLET PICKUP
Starter chickens are approximately 16-20 weeks of age unless otherwise noted. They are available for pickup at our headquarters (20207 Country Trails Drive, Clayton, NC 27520). It is a good idea to check out our blog for more information as you prepare for the arrival of your starter pullets. To give some information regarding your started pullets, they will be fully feathered and ready to go straight into their new outdoor coop. If you are looking for coop and run ideas, we have plenty available on our social media pages as well as our blog for you to peruse. As always, it is recommended that if you have an existing flock, it is very important to make sure you have a separate space setup for your new additions that you will bee adding. It is never recommended to combine them until you have undergone a quarantine. The reason for the quarantine is due to the gave that different locations have different pathogens that exist in the ground as well as the birds. Now your existing flock may be immune to a pathogen in your environment, but new birds may succumb to those same pathogens and become ill. Illusion and close observation is the perfect way to help prevent in addition to allow you to catch any issues eary.

We reccomend placing your new starter pullets in an islolated space for at least two weeks before slowely inyeegrating them with your existing flocl.
CANCELLATIONS
As we are dealing with live animals, The Littles Oasis Hatchery is unable to cancel orders within one week of hatch date. We understand that emergencies happen. Should an emergency arise, please contact The Littles Oasis Hatchery as soon as possible. In the rare occasion of excessive cancellations, The Littles Oasis Hatchery reserves the right to request a minimum of a $10.00 order cancellation fee.
CHANGES TO ORDER
djustments can be made to your order by contacting The Littles Oasis Hatchery by calling 910.777.3904 or sending an email to thelittlesoasis@gmail.com prior to your being custom made. Supply and hatching egg purchases / orders cannot be cancelled. Once sold, live birds are removed from available inventory, and we rely on reselling them.
POULTRY RETURNS
No Returns allowed. Remember we are dealing with live poultry which are perishable in nature. Additionally, for biosecurity reasons, there are no return options available for any reason. However, we do offer the following policies on orders:
GENDER ACCURACY POLICY
At The Littles Oasis Hatchery, we aim for 100% accuracy when sexing our poultry. Nevertheless, understand that we are dealing with live animals and errors may ensue. The Little's Oasis Hatchery provides a Live Gutantee and a Seing Guartantee. Full Details are available on our Guarantee Page.

When ordering live poultry, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved. Despite best practicesduring travel and when transferring to the brooder, losses can occasionally occur. Likewise sexing is a practiced skill ( not an exact science), and a small margin of error is to be expected. We encourage all customers to have a plan in place or speak with us for unexpected outcomes.

Guarantees cannot exceed the original poultry purchase price. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Littles Oasis Hatchery.

Sexing errors must be reported between 14 and 22 weeks: Fill out our convenient form.

Sexing errors for breeds such as Wheaten Marans, and Wheaten Olive Eggers may be reported as early as 3 weeks of age.

Sexing errors for Silkies may be reported between 19 and 30 weeks of age. No action will be taken on silkies before 19 weeks of age due to the difficulty of determination.

Sexing errors determined by verifiable DNA results can be submitted at anytime before 22 weeks of age.
DAY OLD POULTRY 48-HOUR LIVABILITY POLICY
At The Littles Oasis Hatchery strives for 100% healthy chicks. Should you experience a loss or an injured chick. The LIttles Oasis will offer a replacement for a properly cared-for loss within the first 48-hour period. A photograph will be requested.

Extra chicks may be included on orders of 25 or more and are intended to cover any losses should they occur

Report your losses promptly at the end of the 48-hour period via our convenient loss reporting form.

At no time will The LIttles Oasis cover losses that occur outside of a controlled environment, such as a broody hen.
DAY OLD POULTRY PRODUCT QUALITY POLICY
At The Littles Oasis Hatchery strives for 100% healthy chicks as well as chicks free from physical defects.

Wry neck, curled toes, spraddle leg, and other physical defects must be reported within 48 hours.

Crossbeak must be reported within 2 weeks for all breeds except Easter Eggers. Easter Eggers do have a genetic predisposition for a cross beak and a parrot beak, and therefore The Littles Oasis Hatchery extends out beak defect reports timefrome to 6 weeks for this breed only.

The Littles Oasis Hatchery will not guarantee any issue resulting from improper nutrition or care.

The Littles Oasis Harchery offers quality poultry and does not guarantee confirmation to APA standards, feather color, or egg color. egg size, presence of the shredder gene, etc.

The Littles Oasis Hatchery does not guarantee blue feather presentation, frizzle presentation, or percentage of males and females on orders of a straight run.

In other words, if we have set your eggs in the incubator already, depending on the excessiveness of the changes, The Littles Oasis Hatchery reserves the right to request a minimum of a $10.00 order change fee.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Periodically, a breed may not hatch as well as expected. Those who have placed a custom hatch/incubation order, must let us know in their Hatching | Incubation Contract if they would be willing to accept substitutions and if so, what breeds would be acceptable. If a breed requested on a Customer's custom-hatch | incubation order placed for some reason does not hatch as expected, we will call and email you immediately to notify you. If we are unable to reach you, or you are unwilling to accept substitutions, your custom-hatch | incubation can be filled partially with those breeds that did hatch as expected or rescheduled at our discretion.

A RESERVED HATCH DATE CAN CHANGE - All efforts are given to accurately predict a hatch date for your custom-hatch | incubation order as well as reserving those eggs necessary to fulfill your order. However, this entails predicting the numbers of eggs to be laid in the future in addition to prediction hatchability. Occasionally, although rare we must roll a custom hatch | incubation order to another date is when we have an incubator/hatcher go down or have a problem collecting the necessary number of eggs to fulfill the placed order.
MAREK’S VACCINATION | PRICING
The Marek vaccination is an optional service that we offer for any poultry. Exposed poultry can become infected with Marek's regardless of whether they have had their vaccination or not. The vaccination itself gives poultry a chance to build resistance and reduces the instances of symptoms developing. Unfortunately, there is no cure for the disease, but certain breeds are more prone to it than others. The Littles Oasis Hatchery is not responsible for loss or damages due to Marek's Disease, even if your poultry was vaccinated. It is solely up to the customer whether they would like to have their poultry vaccinated or not. The cost for vaccinating your poultry is $1.00 a bird.
HATCHING EGGS POLICY
Hatching eggs are collected daily. We guarantee the eggs to be in good condition upon leaving the location; we do not guarantee hatchability to conditions beyond our control during travel, hatching equipment, or methods used. Hatching eggs are viable for 2 weeks after being laid.
LIVE POULTRY MORTALITY OR MORBIDITY NOT GUARANTEED AFTER PURCHASE
The Littles Oasis Hatchery is unable to refund or replace any poultry after it has left the premises safely. Our pricing is not set up to incur these types of expenses and risk beyond that point. Purchasing live poultry comes with an inherent risk of successfully raising them and is at the sole risk of the customer. Sometimes things go wrong without any real reason that can be determined even when care instructions are followed.*
